Passing through AR to TX & thought we’d try this place out. Glad we did! I got the three meat platter and two sides. Thoroughly enjoyed all of it!! I got the ribs, pulled pork, chopped brisket, fried okra, baked beans, free pinto beans, cherry pie, and tea. Plenty of leftovers for another meal.
The food is absolutely amazing. The brisket is sooo good We bought 6 dozen fried pies to take to our family reunion and our family loves them. They were gone in the blink of an eye.
Excellent! Had the brisket tacos on corn and the brisket sandwich. Whatever seasoning they are putting on the fries is magic.
Great food, not a long wait time, free unlimited pinto beans, has a drive through, and good prices. The Junior Plate(what I got) allowed you to get a good meat portion and 2 sides for only 10.99. The meat was juicy, tender, and delicious. The mac-n-cheese was delicious and warm and the potato salad was delicious and refreshing. The plate(the more expensive version of what I got) allowed you to get 2 meats and 2 sides for only 14.99! The service was extremely fast allowing us to get our food in around 5-10 minutes. The food came with pickles, jalapenos, and onions. 100% worth the 5 stars!
One of our favorite BBQ places in the lower connected 48 states My husband and I get 3 meat plate each and always have leftovers to take with us. Great prices and friendly staff.
This is a solid BBQ joint. Loved the smoked chicken, jalapeno cheddar sausage and green beans. The brisket has solid smoke flavor, but on the dry side.
Can't believe I've lived within an hour or so of here and never ate here before. I've already tried another location, too. I wish they'd bring a restaurant to Greenwood, LA
Great little place off the beaten path from the main road. Walked in at around lunch time, a lot of people seated at tables, looks like a popular lunch time spot. Ordered at counter, staff was very friendly. Prices very reasonable. Loaded Baked Potato and Sliced Brisket was excellent, as was the side of Mac & Cheese. Definitely a return spot when I’m back into the area.
